Project Description:

This 65 square feet mosaic mural is the first of two mural projects completed during the 2016 summer Off The Wall program. It was designed by Master Artist Carolyn Elaine as a tribute to the musical innovator known as Prince (June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016), a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and record producer. This project was used as training for the apprentices to learn the techniques of fabricating and installing mosaic tile murals.
