Project Description:

 

"Can't Stop the Movement" is located at Barrie Park, 1011 S. Lombard Ave & Filmore, Oak Park IL. This series of mosaic murals is the result of the Oak Park Area Arts Council's "Off the Wall" summer arts employment program. Teens (age 16-19) worked with a professional master artist (Carolyn Elaine) to create and install a major piece of art in the village of Oak Park while earning a paycheck.
